This character beamed stone cottage, part of which dates back to the early 1700’s, is approached from the cottage garden. The main door leads you into the living room to your left and has flagged floors and an open coal fire creating a very welcoming atmosphere. To your right is the separate and good sized dining room also with flagged floors, with a second open fire inset in a gritstone fireplace. A single step takes you to the galley-style rustic oak kitchen which has all the essential equipment you will need for your stay. To the end and open to the kitchen is a quaint snug, great for kids to play board games or for a bit of solitude. The stairs from the living room lead to 2 double bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet and hand basin. There is ample on road parking to the front of the cottage. There arer Shops, pubs and restaurants 400 yards away.
